Be More. is our suite of team learning experiences, designed to build confidence, connection, and real momentum at work. You can run our Booster and half day experiences in-house using our licensed delivery kits or, for longer full day experiences, bring in Beluga to deliver through our Pod. Either way, you get a brilliant experience that’s practical, energising, and easy to take forward.
Be More. experiences come in a few different shapes, depending on what you need and how much time you have. You can choose a Be More. Booster (a shorter session of up to 2 hours, great for team meetings or engagement sessions), a half day experience (up to 4 hours, for more detailed learning and connection), or a full day experience (run by Beluga for a more in-depth learning and engagement experience). The focus stays the same, we simply adjust the depth, pacing, and amount of hands-on practice so it fits your team and the moment you’re designing for.

Build inspiring leadership through better communication. This experience helps colleagues communicate with confidence, positivity and respect, read the room, handle tricky moments well through feedback, and begin to explore the kind of environments created by leaders that inspire (or disengage). The session is grounded in the human intelligences that matter most, staying positive under pressure, responding with emotional awareness, and leading socially with care and influence.

FAQ'S
Is VAT included in the price?
No. All pricing is provided excluding VAT (unless stated otherwise).
Do the sessions include breaks?
Yes. Breaks are built in so people can stay fresh and engaged. A Booster usually includes a 10-minute break. A Half Day typically includes two 10-minute breaks. A Full Day is designed with around 6.5 hours of learning and approx. 1.5 hours of breaks across the day.
Can we deliver this ourselves?
Yes. Our 2-hour Booster and half day experiences are available as a licensed delivery kit for your internal team.
What if we don’t have much facilitation experience internally?
We can support you with a Train the Facilitator (TTF) session, our Facilitation Skills course, co-facilitation (we deliver alongside your team), or a more supported rollout with programme management to help you scale it smoothly.
What if we don't have facilitators?
No problem. We can deliver it for you through our Beluga Pod. Let’s talk through what you need.
Can you tailor it to our organisation?
Absolutely. We can adapt the content, branding, examples, and focus, and weave in your strategy, values, and priorities. Contact us to discuss customisation.
Do you provide printed materials?
We’ll provide all resources as downloadable files, so you can print locally or run the session digitally where appropriate. Some activities work best with physical materials, and if you’d like us to handle that, we can quote for professionally printed packs through one of our sustainable print partners.
Where can we run these?
Wherever suits you, your offices, training rooms, or part of a wider offsite plan. We can provide advice on the best setup for you and the experience.
Can we use this for larger audience sizes?
These are not conference materials. They’re designed to be run in small groups to keep the experience engaging, interactive, and high-quality, following our recommended group sizes. If you want to adapt an experience for a larger audience then we're happy to help.
Is this licensed to our business only?
Yes. The materials are licensed for use within your organisation only and cannot be shared, resold, copied, or adapted for use with another organisation.
